Systemic counselling is a conversation offer for all difficult phases in life, which surely every person knows. These can be: conflicts, life changes and crises, stressful relationships, conflicts in the partnership, challenges in everyday study or work, insecurities and difficulties making a life-changing decision.
The advice focuses on your concern in a solution-oriented way, taking into account your own resources and abilities and the (new) discovery of them. The aim of the consultation is to open up new perspectives and to jointly develop individual coping and solution strategies adapted to you.
I am offering appreciative support in the areas of work and personal development, relationship and partnership, family system and health.
Systemic perspectives open up possibilities for action. They are solution- and resource-oriented, value-free, and are based on eye level.
What are limits of systemic counselling?
Systemic counselling does not replace a doctor’s visit/psychotherapy and is not specialist counselling (in the sense of legal counselling etc. ).
How does a consultation work?
A consultation session usually lasts 45 minutes and is resource- and solution-oriented. Usually, a counselling session consisting of two units lasts one and a half hours. Of course, the sessions are subject to the obligation of secrecy and we draw up a consulting contract.
Depending on the situation and needs (several) appointments can be arranged.
General conditions: non-binding initial consultation of approx. 40 min
